1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, joining any program, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or any services provided by Get Rehab.

2. Services Provided

Get Rehab offers:

• Online coaching and mentorship

• Group coaching calls

• One-on-one accountability

• Support via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and phone

• Digital content, course modules, and educational material

We reserve the right to update or modify services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information

• Participate actively in the coaching process

• Communicate respectfully

• Follow instructions, frameworks, and guidelines provided

You acknowledge that results depend on your own effort and implementation.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Circle. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable. Payment plans must be completed in full.

5. SMS, Email, and Phone Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive:

• Accountability text messages

• Appointment reminders

• Coaching-related communication

• Support messages

• Onboarding instructions

6. No Medical or Psychological Advice

Get Rehab provides coaching and educational support, not therapy or medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions

• Coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for personal decisions, outcomes, or actions taken

• We are not responsible for lost income, emotional outcomes, or perceived lack of progress

Your use of the services is at your own discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove access to services if a client violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed under the laws of South Australia.
